Before BlueMaster

Sez runs N&A Epoxy Flooring in Sydney. Before working with BlueMaster, he'd already tried two other marketing agencies — an experience he describes as putting him off marketing altogether.

"I started getting turned off the marketing and all that. I was spending all this money and it wasn't returning. But then when I started with you, that returned — so it's good. You don't have to stress. No stress."

Asked what actually made him trust BlueMaster after two bad experiences, Sez pointed to the relationship, not a sales pitch.

"I got along with you and I got good energy from you. It's like you get that feeling — you know what, these guys are honest, right? Let's go with it."

The Results

The first job came through fast: a big factory floor in Liverpool Park, with the customer calling Sez directly rather than going through a form. In the first 30 days working with BlueMaster, N&A Epoxy Flooring had roughly $80,000 in booked jobs.

"For what I booked in is roughly around $80,000. I've got, I think, seven jobs booked in — tomorrow I've got a barbershop booked in, then a driveway spray and cream job, another metallic job booked in. The jobs that I've booked in are like a 90% win. From what I quote, I only lose about 10%."

Revenue moved from around $25K a month to a consistent $55K a month, and Sez has since hired two more guys to keep up with demand.

Speed of Follow-Up

Sez specifically called out how BlueMaster's team follows up on leads before they go cold — including SMS nudges when a lead comes in and hasn't been actioned yet.

"Everything's all good. All the ads, everything's perfect. Your communication is perfect. You actually messaged me to remind me — 'hey bro, you've got a lead, call him now.' You just got swamped with leads out of nowhere."

He still gets some jobs through word of mouth — about one referral a week — but says the BlueMaster pipeline is now the steady base of the business, solid enough that finding staff, not finding work, is now the bottleneck.

"That's what I'm trying to do, bring on more staff. I can't find workers."

He's since talked with BlueMaster about adding a careers section to the website to help with hiring.
